Hello

I'm Helen. I've been there! After experiencing what I thought would be my hardest professional challenges and burning out twice, once as a lawyer and once as a legal professional, I became a parent. My world turned upside down, in some of the best ways, but also the hardest! 

 

I developed an entirely new set of skills and way of being out of necessity--and with the support of some wonderful coaches and mentors. I'm passionate about helping other parents of children with disabilities find their own path--and help make the journey a little softer, lighter, less exhausting, and more aligned with what they want.

 

I have more than a decade of experience in professional development in the legal industry, both in the United States and Europe, am a professionally trained coach through New Ventures West, one of the oldest coaching programs in the United States, and have worked with coaching clients in the legal, non-profit, academic, technology, and financial industries.
